Anderson Knight are working exclusively with a industry leading business based in Hillington to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator. The role will be based within a busy procurement team, supporting the businesses clients and suppliers.
The main duties and responsibilities are:
* Understand the varied requirements for Service clients accounting.
* Ability to develop knowledge of clients and contracts.
* Regular, effective communications with engineers/suppliers/sub-contractors/supervisors/management to assist to control work to completion within targeted SLAs.
* Responsible for ensuring Sub-contractor orders are requisitioned and raised.
* To ensure controls are put in place to identify any outstanding purchase orders and unissued parts.
* Responsible for completing progress/status up-date reports for Clients or Client agents’ systems.
* Responsible for the controlled administration of procurement processes: sourcing materials, raising POs, sourcing PODs (proof of delivery), create/monitor returns, goods movements, stock adjustments, sub-contractors, suppliers: specific/generic, Client specific processes, bonded stock, free issue stock.
* To identify and ensure correct product coding is used for analysis/reporting
* Identifying and ensuring that all Extra to Contract Works are managed in line with contractual requirements.
* Responsible for recording legislative documentation to meet the client/company recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience from working within a procurement department
* Good communication and relationship building skills
* Experience of working in a fast paced environment
* Experience using Microsoft Office especially Excel including pivot tables, formulas and Vlook ups
