ADMINISTRATOR
£9.63ph temporary ongoing
We are pleased to announce we have an excellent opportunity for the position of a Stock Control Logistics Administrator with in the Port of Liverpool. This is a fast paced and varied role with an immediate start
The Job Role:
Processing of customers' Warehouse and movement Orders in accordance with established procedures and agreements.
Update and maintain the accuracy of the Company's Warehouse Inventory.
Book in the receipt and discharge of all inbound freight
Process stock enquires and resolve stock queries.
Obtain and send customers' delivery ETAs
Book in Warehouse receipts (containers and trailers)
Arrange transport
Obtain PODS for customers.
Filing and general administration duties.
Respond to and deal with customer communication by email and telephone.
Any duties/tasks as requested by your Line Manager
Follows detailed procedures and ensures accuracy
Concentrates on routine work detailsWhat you can expect from us:

2 year's experience in working within a Warehouse or Transport office.
Data input to a Warehouse Management System.
