Pod is partnering with a major organisation in search for a driven candidate to join their team as a Customer Logistics Coordinator. We are searching for an experienced candidate who is ready for a new challenge.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the order to delivery process for several customers
- To ensure that all orders are processed, generated and delivered within expected timeframes
- To be the operational point of contact for customers within EMEA & providing excellent customer service
- To work with logistics providers to ensure orders are picked packed and delivered OTIF
- To manage any returns and warranty escalations to ensure prompt resolution of issues to the customer
- To resolve queries raised by customers, sales managers or credit control using internal database systems
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in order processing & logistics customer service
- Experienced with international export procedures, including understanding of customs documentation
- Experience working with EMEA regions
- Proficient with Excel and SAP/ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, analytical, resilient and enthusiastic
