Heritage Contracts Manager / Estimator

I'm looking for a Heritage Contract Manager with experience with Estimating. Your new employer specialises in working with heritage sites on buildings such as Palaces, Cathedrals, landmarks and other listed buildings across the UK. They're opening a brand new office in Birmingham shortly, and require a Contracts Manager/Estimator to head up their team down here.

Continued growth since their conception 26 years ago means this will be the second major office they've opened in six years, firmly cementing (excuse the pun) their place in the Midlands region.

The successful Heritage Contracts Manager / Estimator will be required to:

Carry out surveys and pricing of new enquiries
Meet clients to negotiate the best possible contracts for both parties
Tender for works
Organising direct and subcontract labour
Organise subcontract labour prices
Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports and forecasts
Oversee between 2 and 5 projects at a time
I'm looking for speak to a Heritage Contract Manager / Estimator that:

Has experience working with heritage/listed building refurbishments
Has experience in estimating
Has experience in running contracts
Has a background in construction/refurbishment
In return the Heritage Contract Manager / Estimator will receive:

£40,000 - £42,000 per annum
