Role Overview
A Finance Operations Manager is required for a professional company, in the education sector based remotely between Swindon and Bristol. A salary of up to £60,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will visit consultants at various client sites. You will be accountable for executing a regular checkpoint process, understanding their developmental points and supporting consultants. You will provide excellent pastoral care towards the junior consultants.

This role will suit someone with a professional background in a senior role, a high emotional intelligence and excellent people management skills.

You will be working closely with clients in the Financial Services sector, so knowledge and experience in this field would be ideal.

- Ability to travel to numerous locations in the South West
