Fawkes and Reese are currently assisting a tier 1 main contractor with their search for an experienced Bid Manager to join their residential division based in Central London.

The ideal candidate for the Bid Manager position will come from a technical, operational, or planning background and have vast experience of tendering major residential schemes in the London market (a sales, marketing or proposals background is not what our client are seeking for this particular role).

The Bid Manager will be able to manage the project bid process to ensure that a considered and coordinated bid can be presented for adjudication; as well as to manage the second stage of the bid.

The ideal candidate will have vast knowledge and experience of the whole bid process within the residential sector, having successfully managed major residential bids from start to finish in the past.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and have good team management skills.

Reporting in to the Pare-Construction Director, you will be a driven, confident and ambitious individual who is able to communicate with team members and stakeholders at every level.
