Deputy Operation Manager – Security - FM
£40,000 - £42,000 + package & Car / Allowance
Central London (National)
We have an opportunity for a Deputy Operations Manager to join a leading Facilities Management Service Provider on a key account managing a national portfolio delivering security services.
The Deputy Operation Manager will be responsible for the delivery of Security across a portfolio Commercial office space from London to Manchester supporting with the management of a team across the sites.
The Role:
* Deputy Operations Manager for a leading FM Service provider’s vast security team
* Working closely with the client and team to innovate and improve
* Management of man guarding & security surveillance
* Travelling between London, Manchester & Birmingham
* Ensuring reactive works are responded to quickly and efficiently
* Compile and assess security risks, make recommendations on areas of concern and prioritisation of physical security hazards to the client.
* Be proactive in seeking security improvements through intelligent manning plans, innovation and the use of technology.
