Role - 12 months maternity cover: c£22k (must be able to speak Polish)
My client is leader in their field and continuing to grow year on year. They are looking for a tenacious customer relationship builder who can target existing and prospective customers and develop sales in the highly competitive marketplace, and who will be able to deputise for the Group Export Manager during her absence.
Person and Role Specification
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Fluent Polish is a must both written and spoken
- Sales administration knowledge essential, preferably within an export department
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- experienced in dealing with customers over the telephone which is essential and a key part of the role
- Possess exceptional organisational skills
- Good with verbal communication skills, both internal and external
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy (Excel and Word essential)
- Good numeracy skills
- Working knowledge of sales order processing systems
- Confident with a persuasive telephone manner, great conversational skills and a professional attitude
- A proven track record in an international sales environment
- Proactive, intuitive and hold a common-sense approach to selling
- Good organisation skills with high attention to detail
- The ability to question as well as actively listen to customers’ needs and requirements
- The determination to create new sales lead generation and nurture existing customers, maximising their potential by up-selling
- Telesales experience preferred but not essential
