Procurement Associate for Professional Services and Facilities Management - Major Utilities Firm - Hampshire - £25,000 to £30,000 + competitive package

My award-winning client is is looking for a Procurement Associate to join their existing procurement function to assist on the Professional Services and Facilities Management categories.

They are heavily investing into a new major renewable energy project that will change the landscape of the industry. This will involve the construction of new centres of excellence as well as facilities to generate green energy and as such they will need a team work across the Prof Services and Facilities Management categories.

The role:

You will work in a close-knit team that will work closely with Consultancies, Legal Firms, Architects and more in the planning stages of the facilities.

You will also plan ahead and assist in building a pipeline of suppliers for both hard and services in the facilities management procurement category. You will attend client meetings and be part of the negotiations.

Furthermore, this is an opportunity to be part of the development and desinging of effectives process which will support the delivery of procurement projects.

Requirements:

• Some relevant procurement experience of indirect procurement categories such as Professional Services, Facilities Management
• Analytical with the ability to handle and maniuplate data
• Degree educated 2.1 and above from a UK university or equivalent from an international university.
