Operations Manager - Salary of circa £38,000 - £42,000 plus bonus - Blandford Forum
Our client, a growing organisation based in Blandford Forum are currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team and should have a direct and positive impact on the Customer Experience. This role sits across both the Sales, Service and Marketing departments.
Duties:
Leading the team to meet sales targets and customers SLAs.
Recognising further sales opportunities and driving through sales campaigns.
Monitor the performance of the Sales and Servicing teams, making process improvements when needed.
Have direct contact with customers when required or when things are escalated.
Quickly identify any customer dissatisfaction trends and effectively turn these around.
Day to day management of the teams.
Carry out 1-2-1's with staff members.
Working closely with the Directors of the business.
Experience Required:
Previous experience of leading a team within a customer sales and service environment.
Proven track record of sales.
Ideally experience of working with a company that provides subscription based products.
Analytical and commercially minded acumen.
Strong IT skills in using a range of CRMs and other business software.
