Our client is a Water Treatment Company currently looking to recruit a Water Treatment Contracts Manager working in Northern Home Counties and London
Duties of the Water Treatment Contracts Manager:
* Main Responsibilities / Role Overview:
* To manage and develop existing Contracts
* Provide technical advice to clients and upsell solutions with a consultative approach
* Planning works to meet with contract KPIs
* Ensuring works are undertaken to the appropriate standard and documented correctly
* Database Management and working extensively with 'in-house' Legionella Control Management Software
* Working with clients to resolve identified issues
* Work effectively within a team environment whilst managing and developing the workforce
* Mainly office based in Hertfordshire but client/site visits will be necessary, as required.
* Working with and reporting to Directors.
Skills required:
* The position would suit a well rounded career minded contract manager who is seeking to commit himself/herself to a small developing business. Significant long term rewards will be available to the right candidate.
* Evidence of successful Contract Management - ideally with a minimum of 5 years Water Hygiene/Treatment experience, at least two years of which should be operating in the role of Contract Manager.
* Degree calibre, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good technical and practical knowledge enabling efficient programming of water hygiene and treatment works.
* Experienced in planning and organising works, including monitoring and maintenance contracts, remedial works and risk assessment programs.
* Strong man management skills.
* Sales/negotiating skills would be advantageous.
* An attractive package including company vehicle will be available to the right candidate which will be appropriate to their skills and experience.
Expected Salary Range £28K - £35k + Comms
Candidates will live London, Watford, Barnet, Enfield, Edgware, Finchley, Haringay, Stoke Newington, Hemel Hempsted, Harlow, Potters Bar, Cheshunt
