Contracts Manager - Main Contractor - Kent
My client undertakes primarily refurbishment works within the heritage / high class sectors around Kent and London.
Typical projects undertaken include major renovations to grade I & II listed buildings including private dwellings, museums, ecclesiastical and government buildings. Sympathetic extensions to existing structures and smaller new build works are also undertaken.
Due to continual growth in the area our client now seeks a Contracts Manager with experience of refurbishment / interiors projects ideally on grade listed / heritage properties. Applicants must have experience of managing multiple contracts simultaneously in a specific Contracts Management role.
Applicants must have knowledge of contractual & liability issues, a knowledge of setting up works, programming, procurement schedules and an ability to define and plan out 'critical path' whilst applying sensible man management inline with the 'non-adversarial' company policy.
In return our client is offering a competitive basic salary, full package & bonus system with a company offering genuine career stability & progression.
Please reply with an update CV in the first instance
