My client is a reputable medium sized building contractor that operate across the north west. That are currently in the market for a Contracts Manager to join their management team.
They offer a good variety of projects, including schools, healthcare, and commercial delivering a lot closely within the public sectors. Those with experience in delivering any of these types of schemes would be advantageous for the position. To be considered you will have experience of construction management of multiple projects of circa £3million up to 15million. The successful contracts manager will be have experience working for a main building contractor.
You will be managing up to 4/5 projects coherently responsible for to ensure the management and site delivering of the project is running smoothly to time and to budget.
A lot of their clients are long standing, so an excellent client manor and relationship building qualities is essential for this role. As an experienced contract manager, you will be able to read drawings and be able to follow CDM regulations accordingly. The Contract Manager they are looking for will be experienced within the position for at least 3 years. This is an excellent position with an established main building contractor. The contract Manager they are looking for would be someone that has proven successful delivery of the site management teams.
