Duties & Responsibilities:
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
- Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager on civil projects
- Be able to prioritise workload, work under pressure, be adaptable and resourceful
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- UK driving licence
