Do you have experience in a Purchasing/Buying role within a Manufacturing environment? Work with some of the biggest and exciting global brands within a forward-thinking, proactive and growing company within the Manufacturing Design industry. Up to 40k pa, fantastic working culture.
As the Project Buyer you will be:
• Working with the in-house manufacturing facilities as well as local supply chains within the UK and Europe
• Creating and managing the production Project Plan
• Creating the BOM and managing the production with the Manufacturing Team and the outsourced departments making sure all agreed timescales, budgets and quality are adhered too
• Communicating daily with the Manufacturing Team ensuring that communication is clear and that the expectations are met
• Responsible for reporting the status of the project
• Managing quality control pf the manufacturing process and, making sure that it adheres to the in-house Quality Control process
To succeed as the Project Buyer you will have:
• Previous experience through a similar position
• A good understanding of Microsoft office suite
• Previous experience with ERP is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multi task, be flexible and working in a dynamic, fast changing environment
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• An up to date driving license
Associated Benefits:
• Salary between £30,000 - 40,000
• Hours of work: 9am - 5.30pm
