A well-respected higher education institute, based in the heart of London, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their centralised corporate services team. Reporting in to the Director of Operations, this is a newly created position suitable for a hands-on and ambitious individual, looking to expand on their current experience within operations management.

  • Developing tools and templates for the organisation's quality management system
  • Evaluation and management of outsourced supplier contracts including business partnering with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to internal staff on supplier engagement and service use
  • Support in the operational set-up of new education programmes across the organisation
  • Manage the delivery (conception to completion) of key operational projects

This organisation is able to offer flexible and remote working options and, in some instances, will consider options for part-time working at a minimum of four days per week.

You will have at least 2-3 years experience working in operations or administration, ideally within an education environment (although this is not essential). You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of managing projects is also desirable though not essential.
