Pure are currently recruiting for a thriving business based to the North of Norwich who are seeking a Team Leader within finance to join the team.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, your key responsibility will be to lead and oversee the Purchase Ledger team whilst supporting other area's of finance.

Key duties of the role include but aren't limited to:
  • Leading the Purchase Ledger team, ensuring the work flow is distributed evenly to the team
  • Ensuring that all deadlines and SLAs are adhered to by the team
  • Process Staff expenses, supplier invoices and credit cards
  • Supporting the preparation and completion of Monthly Management Accounts
  • Expand the PL team's ability and capacity to support other area's of finance
  • Ensure payments are made in a timely manner
  • Supplier statement reconciliation's
  • Ad hoc duties, including analysis, as and when required

Personal skills and qualifications:
  • AAT qualified or studying (qualified by experience will be considered)
  • Previous people management experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

The appointed person will be required to work of a full-time basis and will receive a competitive package in line with experience.
