  • Good telephone manner
  • Will be debriefing drivers so will need to personable, confident and concise
  • POD entry, filing and management
  • Computer literate – will need a working understanding of Excel and PDF files
  • Efficient at reporting and able to handover shift information effectively
  • 10am – 7pm shift time. There will be a requirement for flexibility to cover other shifts.
  • Customer services, enquiries, queries, resolution and problem solving.
  • Full training will be provided on each aspect of the role.
