We have been asked by this successful well-established business to source a Recruitment Branch Manager who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and loves to succeed to lead their business in Oxford ?

The applicant

With previous experience of working in a recruitment agency

An entrepreneurial person who is self-motivated to succeed

As a Recruitment Branch Manager you will need :

Have at least 2 years’ recruitment experience

Have experience in the temporary and permanent sector

Possess superb relationship skills

Achieve targets

Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years recruitment agency experience, will be considered for this position.

With a good level of numeracy, verbal and written skills you will be educated to a minimum of 'A 'level or equivalent standard.

Confident and articulate, commanding respect through knowledge experience and personal style, you will have a passion for service and strong customer focus.

Thriving under pressure you will be capable of managing multiple priorities and working to critical deadlines and objectives.

Your coaching and supportive leadership style balanced with an ability to influence change to achieve objectives.
