Our Kettering based client is recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator on a permanent basid to provide support to the Supply Chain Manager in delivering sales and logistics assistance to clients.

Responsibilities:

Process customer's orders accurately and to deadlines
Communicate with 3PL regarding delivery issues, special instructions, new customer forms
Send invoices to customers via EDI, email and post
Investigate invoice discrepancies and raise credits when necessary
Maintain customer's pricing files to support promotional activity
Book inbound delivery slots to distributors 3PL
Communicate with client's
Book on stock delivered into 3PL distributors
Provide a high level of customer service to client's customers
Weekly Sales and EPOS reporting
Weekly updating of sales forecast documents to support stock control activities
Maintain accurate stock records for clients
Provide administrative support to other members of the team when necessary
Maintain confidentiality between clients at all times
Adhere to the Company's internal procedures & policies at all times
Ad hoc projects as agreed with the Supply Chain ManagerSkills & Experience

Excellent communication skills
Flexible with an excellent attention to detail
Capable of meeting strict deadlines
Capable of working for multiple clients
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office
