My client based in Kendal is looking for a strong Administrator, with good all round office skills and who is highly organised. Previous export skills would be desireable.

Working under the Export Manager, you will be responsible for checking incoming emails, inputting all orders through SAGE 50 (Previous experience of SAGE is required).

Quoting on orders via SAGE, liaising with the customer, typing orders up in excel so the production department clearly understand the order, and liaising with the Production department.

You will also be required to prepare the labels for export. The client exports to over 40 countries and each has their own export label requirements, getting the label wrong can result in the product not passing customs and even being destroyed! Attention to detail is paramount.

Computer skills required are Microsoft office programmes.
