Warehouse Team Manager

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to work for a leading UK provider of household goods to high street retailers.
Operating within a warehousing environment, the successful candidate will lead a team of Operatives on a shift basis. Essentially you will have excellent people skills with proven experience of managing large teams. You will be a natural leader who has the ability to develop individual team members to achieve their full potential. It goes without saying that you will have an up-to-date knowledge of current H&S Legislation and will be keen to promote a safe working environment. Excellent IT skills and knowledge of WMS systems are essential; previous experience of working within a start-up site would be a distinct advantage.
This is a dynamic and fast-moving operation, working to stringent timescales and high customer expectations. Candidates will need to have gained warehousing operational experience within a similar environment and be able to offer flexibility regarding shifts.
