This is a “hands on” role with staff reporting.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Graduate standard preferred
4-5 years’ experience of consistently planning for and meeting sales goals
4+ years’ experience in a professional services organisation building internal and external relationships
2-3 years team management experience (staff performance) is a prerequisite
2-3 years’ experience of budgeting and reporting accurately
High motivation to deliver renewals using a proven negotiation skill with an eye on delivering profits, revenue, and margin
Experience of budgeting P+L delivering yield and forecasting accurately is essential
Record of territory management and managing multiple sites proactively is essential
Positive and motivational management
Demonstrable expertise in closing deals and keeping clients
Commercial decision making/communication and presentation skills
Excellent influencing skills, negotiation, and closing skills (with eye on profits, revenue, and margin)
Computer literate
Ability to successfully engage with and influence senior management (internally/externally)
Competencies & Personal Attributes
Motivation for sales, sales planning, and achieving results
Excellence in negotiation and closing
Strong team management and development skill
Good networker and customer relationship skills
