What you will be doing…

As their newly appointed Operations/Departmental Management Assessor, you will be in control of an agreed case load of learners and provide occupational training and assessment. Where appropriate you will undertake internal verification and all of this will take place at a permanent site based in Northampton- no more long days of travelling around the UK.

Here's what you need…

  • A background in manufacturing roles as well as experience in training others in manufacturing
  • Level 3 or above qualification - Operations/Departmental Management
  • An Assessor qualification (e.g. A1, D32, D33, TAQA)
  • Functional skills L2
  • A willingness and ability to get stuck in with the exciting expansion
  • Approachable and learner focused
  • Motivated to help drive the business forward
  • Being able to adapt people skills to meet the variety of scenarios in any given day
  • To be a team player all working for a common goal… growth
