A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Operations Manager to join an established organisation and market leader within their sector. An excellent opportunity to join a successful company who is continuing to grow.
Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Services you will be responsible for managing two teams including customer account billings and customer collections.
Salary: Up to £40,000, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, pension + other benefits
Location: Shipley
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor an overall team of 12.
- Facilitate continuous improvement.
- Monitor service quality to ensure achievement of agreed service standards.
- Manage operational performance.
- Contribute to the formulation of ideas and plans to enhance overall service provision.
- Resolve escalated complex complaints to ensure customer requirements are met.
Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to identify issues and drive action plans to improve business performance.
- Identify process improvements to support business performance improvement.
