Staffline is recruiting for a Trainee Engineering Buyer for a permanent role based near Sandy, Bedfordshire
The starting salary is £17,000 and there is the opportunity of job progression
Your time at work
No experience is required - full training will be given
In the role you will:
Place and chase purchase orders
Ensure stock is maintained at appropriate levels
Ensure equipment is delivered on time
Obtain quotes, negotiate prices
Maintain database
Work with stores to develop quality checks
Additional tasks as required
Our ideal candidate
You will have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and be able to work with high attention to detail and accuracy.
You will be well organised and able to problem solve and to manage your time and tasks well.
You will be keen to progress within a buying team
