Contracts Manager

Contracts manager - One of the fastest growing M&E services businesses in the Bedfordshire region are looking for a Contracts Manager to join the business and help them continue to push on to greater things. The Contracts Manager would be joining a business who have been established for over 25 years and go from strength. It is imperative the Contract Manager has a Mechanical background have the experience and capability to take over an existing team. 

The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing projects ranging from £5,000 TO £500,000 whilst the majority of the work ranges between £50,000 to £200,000, so having an experience operating at that level is imperative. The majority of the work the Contract Manager will be working on will be Commercial projects such as Schools and Local Authority work. 

Some of the Key duties for the Contract Manager will include; 

. P&L Responsibility 

. H&S and Compliance Responsibility 

. Understand Specifications and Drawings 

. Strong Technical knowledge 

. Ability to take job from initial discussion to a conclusion 

The contract manager will be paid anywhere from 40-60K depending on experience, the package can have car allowance added on. Due to the environment the consultant will be working in they will need to be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
