In this role, you will support on the delivery of all strategic, corporate and operational procedures associated with the company's busy procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the leadership and drive across the procurement and contract management function with a strong customer focus and in a cost effective way
Responsible for the delivery of all services within the procurement and contract management function, ensuring value for money is achieved and deliver services that meet the needs of our residents and communities.
Represent the association and build networks at national, regional and local levels across the sector and in other relevant forums, continually monitoring, planning and responding to the changing operating environment.
Promote an organisation wide culture of providing value through effective procurement and contract management services, delivering efficient and robust tendering reporting and supplier spend analysis.
Skills, Experience & Qualification:
Full CIPS Membership or equivalent degree/ qualification
Strong experience at senior level within a strategic procurement function.
Procurement Project Management skills including extensive stakeholder and supplier relationship management experience.
Working experience of the EU Procurement Regulations and proficient in key OJEU procurement procedures
Advanced MS Office
Logical, data driven and analytical
Exceptional level of communication
Package: 35k, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Agile working and a range of excellent benefits
