Operations Manager
Our client is a highly regarded food manufacturing business with circa twenty sites across the UK. As part of their continued growth they now seek to appoint an Operations Manager for one of their busiest sites located in the West Yorkshire area.
We seek a true people manager with a keen eye for detail and strong day to day management skills. Focussed on excellent customer service and employee relations, our ideal candidate will have extensive food manufacturing experience and be ready for their next challenge.
With three direct reports, employing some 600+ employees, we are keen to talk with candidates possessing a solid base of relevant experience, perhaps managing a chilled processing operations or maybe currently employed in a smaller business with a wide range of transferable skills.
