Do you want to work for one of the best-known companies in the UK? We have an opportunity for an administration assistant to work for our client, a leading logistics company in their distribution centre in Severn Beach on a long term / temp to perm with an immediate start.

This can be either full time or part time. The site operates 7 days per week Sunday - Saturday. Shift times are 13.00 - 21.30 with an early shift also required of 07.30 - 16.00 required as necessary.

Duties include

  • Processing paperwork such as customer orders and delivery notes
  • Assisting drivers with their paperwork and deliveries over the telephone and face to face
  • Speaking to customers on the telephone to advise on current orders
  • Updating information onto the computer system

Our ideal candidates will have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in general office administration
  • A willingness to learn
