Exciting opportunity for a permanent position within an office based construction role for someone who is keen to learn and grow within the company. Working directly with the Contracts Manager and Director of a family run business building quality homes in Cornwall.

The applicant must be able to;

  • Must have previous experience working in the Construction Industry
  • Coordinate deliveries with the Site Managers in accordance with the current programme and experience of working within an office environment
  • Interoperate construction drawings and have a knowledge of material buying within the construction industry
  • Excellent organisational skills with a good level of IT Literacy
  • Ability to manage and adapt in a fast paced, multi-site business
  • Enthusiastic and confident on the phone, when speaking and negotiating with suppliers
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing suppliers
  • 20 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
  • Salary CIRCA £28,000 dependent on experience
