Temporary - Possible Permanent role for the right candidate
Our very busy, friendly client in the town centre is seeking an energetic, pro-active individual to join their small team.
Main Tasks:
* Taking and scheduling of orders
* Ensuring that costs are controlled
* Liaising with external hauliers
* Planning the work schedule of Excel
* Establishing the feasibility of customer requests
* Managing late deliveries
Person Spec :
* Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and via email
* Superb communication skills essential
* Previous experience within a transport office would be an advantage
