As part of the sale operations team, you will have a genuine opportunity to influence the success of the business through providing invaluable insights and support to the wider sales team by generating sales performance data and reports that allow the timely action of directing activities and resources to achieve and exceed sales objectives. You will also co-ordinate with our third-party lead generation partner, monitor and reporting on performance as well as provide other areas of sales support.

You will clearly understand the contribution that you make to the business and how meaningful your work is, with your efforts and achievements being recognised and rewarded on both an individual and an overall business performance basis.

This is a key role within the Sales team and as such demands a proven professional from a sales environment who is highly numerate, logical, excellent attention to detail and strong CRM experience. In addition to a solid understanding of CRM systems, knowledge and experience of preparing sales management information and devising new ways to better exploit data, identify insights and present findings will be instrumental to your success.
