Duties

Driving a high level of service in the warehouse department
Feeding reports and changes back to senior management
Supporting a small team with day to day activities
Delegating tasks to the team
Setting high quality standards
Putting together new processes to make the most of the warehouse function
Good in/goods out
Keep on top of housekeeping duties

Individual

Understanding team leader
Self-motivated and driven
Take ownership of issues
Manage upwards to senior members of staff
High level of attention to detail
