The Inventory Administrator will have responsibility for all stock which will include accurate recording, stock movements, adjustments and carrying out investigations when necessary. It will be your responsibility to support the Inventory Manager to ensure stock accuracy at all times.

Key Accountabilities:

+ Analysis of stock data to develop warehouse solutions
+ Maintenance and support of WMS (Warehouse Management System), Accellos One
+ Liaising with Inventory Operatives to ensure perpetual inventory counting and reconciliation of stock on cyclical basis
+ Maintaining Excel tools to forecast material flows and activity
+ Periodically reviewing slow moving/ obsolete stock and taking necessary actions
+ Planning daily flow of deliveries and ensuring necessary resources available
+ Responding to ad hoc queries from the wider business
+ The ability to investigate stock inventory queries in the pick face and Goods inwards errors

Ideal Candidate:

+ Intermediate Excel skill level and experience with commercial use
+ Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to work independently
+ Able to work accurately and efficiently with a strong quality focus
+ A good verbal and written communicator
+ Sage and WMS experience is an advantage
+ Investigative Skills
