Supply Chain administrator needed for a busy construction company, this is a temp to perm position for the right candidate and commences 4th November 2019, ideally we are looking for someone with some working knowledge of the Construction industry.

The hours of work are 8.30 till 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 to 15.30 on a Friday.

Key responsibilities
* Servicing allocated requisitions by undertaking and managing the procurement of materials, plant & Fleet for projects in line with procedures.
* Promote and drive use of e-catalogues by sites as required.
* Offer support to project teams with the use of e-cat as required.
* Drive mandatory compliance and optimise use of all Preferred Agreements whether direct or 3rd party to maximise rebate generation.
* Maintenance of PSA agreements, monitoring expiry dates, notifying owner and ensuring signed documents are in place.
* Setting up prelim project order numbers for new projects as notified and issue to project teams.
* Carrying out company credit card purchases and ensuring necessary paperwork is obtained for monthly expenses.
* Issuing overhead order numbers as required and assist with improvements to the overhead order record keeping to reduce invoice queries.
* Order data entry for Senior procurement staff as required.
* Managing and resolving account queries promptly and assisting Senior Procurement staff with queries as required.
* General administration work for Senior Procurement staff as and when required.

Good IT literacy
