Are you looking for a role within a high-volume manufacturing environment? My client, who are a high-volume tier 1 automotive business, are currently looking to recruit a Logistics Administrator for their facility in the Black Country.

The Logistics Administrator will work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability reporting to the Logistics Manager onsite. The successful candidate for this role would be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions which include the receiving, distribution and inventory control onsite.

As the successful Logistics Administrator, you will manage the documentation of goods inbound & outbound but also inventory within the warehouse environment. You will coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, review and update customer schedules, raise relevant documentation and PO numbers. You will need an eye for detail and responsible for feeding issues back to the Logistics Manager.

The successful Logistics Administrator will have experience working as an administrator in a demanding logistics environment. Your experience will include :

Experience of logistics administration;
Ideally tier 1 automotive industry experience;
Comfortable working to high service levels;
Passionate, resilient and with a positive outlook in difficult situations;The following benefits package is available to the successful Logistics Administrator:

£23,000 - £28,000 basic salary
