We're looking for a talented Inventory Manager to work for our client.

They want to recruit an experienced, logically and operationally minded logistics person, preferably with experience of working as a Stock Controller or Inventory Manager with knowledge of Sage 200.

If that's you, and you can demonstrate a thorough understanding of Supply Chain procedures, then you could be exactly what they're looking for.

The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive and based at the company's Watford office, as the Inventory Manager you will be primarily responsible for managing and resolving issues with the stock control and distribution process.

Specifically in the job, you will be responsible for:
- Checking stock integrity between the warehouse and sage
- Notifying warehouses of future deliveries and also rectify any stock issues
- Managing purchase orders to ensure they are accurate and systems are updated
- Tracking shipments
- Ensuring purchase orders and invoices match, and all documents are sent to shipping agent at the right time
- Reporting any order discrepancies with the suppliers

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Inventory Manager role will have demonstrable, relevant experience of working as a stock controller or inventory manager with knowledge of Sage 200.

In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:
- Proven stock controller or inventory management experience
- Analytical and results driven
- Strong project management coordination and collaborative skills
- Resourceful and creative problem solving skills

You must also possess a full driving licence to be considered for this position. Please do not apply if you do not have one.

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £37,000 per annum for the ideal candidate.
Additional benefits include: Pension, 28 days holiday.
