One of the most successful recruitment firms specialising in the public sector space now seek an additional Recruitment Consultant to join their procurement division in London.

This firm are the pre-eminent brand for mid to senior level appointments with Local & Central Governments, Housing Associations, NHS and Not For Profit organisations and can offer an unrivalled working environment where a quality led approach leads to phenomenal billing levels.

This is a large and big-billing team that operate in a fantastic office space in London who are all motivated by a shared vision for the future of the company and the rewards they will gain - you won't find KPI bashing and aggressive management styles here but you will be mentored to be your absolute best!

The pace of the office is fast and busy so you will naturally need to be a driven, hard-working and effective Recruiter to keep up with the demands of your clients. You will be responsible for placing all level of interim procurement professionals and will inherit long-standing and existing clients with jobs ready to fill.

This is warm and established desk that should comfortably produce in excess of £30K per month. But that's without your development! In line with most of the other desks in this team, your desk has the capability to bill closer to £500K per annum. To be the Consultant that will take over and develop this area further you will be either an established Consultant looking for a more dynamic and lucrative environment and will have a strong track record for managing a professional temp / freelane / interim desk. Specific experience in Procurement or Public Sector would be a bonus but is not essential - this firm have a fantastic track record for providing technical training and coaching for Recruiters that haven't worked in this sector before.

Stable billing track record in any professional sector on a temp / interim desk Experience

  • Salary £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience and billing track record)
  • Commission paid on ALL fees - ZERO THRESHOLD
  • Commission paid at 15% - 25%
