Our client is looking for a Logistics Administrator to work within their busy offices in Hemel Hempstead.

The ideal candidate will be situated on the front desk so would be the first point of contact for all calls and visitors.

Duties:

Processing daily sales orders and handling all logistics (picking, packing and scheduling drivers)

Raising proforma invoices for export orders and arrange deliveries

Sharing sales rep GPS Tracking report for each sales rep on a daily basis through emailI

In charge of stock rotation

Arranging outside transport for export deliveries and scheduling internal fleet.

Raising Sales Invoices, Manual Invoices for customers.

Dealing with Customers queries regarding deliveries, statements, payments etc.

Deal with all incoming & outgoing post,

Travel arrangements for Sales rep & Managers 

Maintain & order office stationary

Arrange courier for overseas parcels/documents

Franking machine maintenance 

Ad-Hoc duties

Due to the nature of the business and clients the ideal candidate must be fluent in either Hindi or Urdu.
