Are you an outstanding Supply Chain leader with a track record delivering global change in a matrix organisation, who perfectly balances an engaging style with the resilience to drive change when faced with resistance?
My client is a global industrial group within multiple industries, with a fast-moving agenda of change running throughout the organisation, designed to deliver a better-defined structure with real accountability for performance at all levels of the organisation.
The Supply Chain Director will set the strategic agenda for change across several manufacturing locations in Europe, and through the execution of this strategy will deliver operational change by influencing, facilitating and coaching within a matrix-based leadership structure. You already understand what good looks like, in this challenging role you'll put to test your experience of change management, stakeholder management and of course your resilience, in order to deliver tangible change.
Your experience will come from working within a world class manufacturing organisation; you're driven, resilient and dynamic, with an innate ability to bring others on a journey of change; your results speak for themselves with a track record moving an organisation from point A to point B in transforming culture, ways of working and policies/procedures.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £90,000 plus a car allowance and a competitive benefits package.
