Distribution & Transport Manager - ADR Experience
Start Date: ASAP
Role Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday - Hours can vary - 05:00 - 17:00 (Averaging 8 hours per day)
Pay Rate: £30,000 per annum - Bonus Scheme of £1200 in place (£300 per annum if KPI's met)
Location: Leamore, Walsall
I am looking to hire an autoritive character for a well respected Hygiene company based in Leamore, Walsall to undergo the task of the distribution and transport department with 16 vehicles. We are a very friendly, family orientated company, the distribution team are fun and full of banter so we are looking for someone that is approachable, flexible and easy going but someone that is firm but fair.
The vehicles are sent out all over the Midlands but we also cover as far our as Liverpool, South Manchester, Nottinghamshire, Swansea,Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.
The largest of the vehicles is a 3.5 tonne van.
ADR experience and coming from the clinical/ hygiene industry is a huge advantage.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Full clean driving license.
Experience within the hygiene industry - The company manages clinical waste, disposal, washrooms - Everything to do with hygiene and clinical waste disposal.
Management experience of 3 years minimum.
Transport and distribution experience of 3 years minimum.
Friendly, yet an authoritive candidate who can take charge without being a dictator as this is a family run business.
There is a bonus scheme available which is £1200 per annum - This is split over each quarter at £300 per quarter.
You must have a full, clean driving license - SP30 exceptions.
