Duties & Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing business to business sales across the territory.
- Plan and manage own sales activity.
- Building a sales pipeline.
- Negotiating with clients at all levels.
- Building new business solution sales.
- Working to sales targets and goals.
Experience & Skills needed of a Business Development Manager:
- The Business Development Manager will have previous sales experience from the carrier/logistics industry.
- Ability to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Experience in building new business in a solution sales capacity.
- Ambition and drive to succeed in a sales environment and increase earnings.
- Confidence and persistence to exceed targets and goals.
