Titan are delighted to be working with a leading Freight Forwarder based in Dunfermline to recruit a Freight Administrator.
You will join an implant team working onsite for a large successful client.
Role responsibilities include -
* Administering all paperwork for the shipment of finished goods to global destinations
* Oversee the importation of parts, components and materials
* Ensure all correct documentation is completed
* Agree prices fro arranged shipments
* Dealing with customer bookings / queries
* Processing customs clearance where necessary
* Booking deliveries
* Work closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure orders are shipped on time
* Good telephone manner
* Pro-active communication to ensure timely resolution of any issues in transit
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with a competitive salary of between £20k -24k per annum.
