Pod have recently partnered with an exciting, fast growth start up in London to help find a new Transport Manager! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, fast growing business with an excellent culture as it expands both nationally and internationally.
Reporting into the General Manager, responsibilities of this role will include:
Management of a team of supervisors who will manage a fleet of drivers
Analysis of KPIs and ensuring improvements are made across the team where necessary
Foreseeing and preventing any transport related issues in a central London environment
Management of 3PL partnersApplicants should have
At least 3 years experience in fleet or transport management
Excellent people management skills
A strong understand of the challenges involved in transport management within London
Some 3PL management preferable
The desire to work in a challenging, fast paced start up!The successful candidate can expect a base salary between £30,000 and £40,000.
