Operations Manager / Commercial Property

  • Salary £45-55K
  • Generous bonus

Based in the heart of Soho for an innovative boutique property business, this Operations Manager opportunity is a brand new role reporting directly to the Founding Partners. You’ll be responsible for all operational aspects, (including HR and Recruitment), enabling the Partners to concentrate on client relations.


This Operations Manager position would be perfect for a highly organised individual who is used to working within an entrepreneurial environment and who has strong commercial acumen coupled with forward planning and analytical skills.

  • Previous experience working with entrepreneurs
  • Strong systems and operational experience
  • Commercial awareness

  • Managing performance of various staff
  • Overseeing Investors in People accreditation
  • Developing reporting systems including KPIs etc
  • Organising staff events and parties
  • Creating a client relationship plan
  • Creating and managing staff appraisals
  • Managing recruitment
  • Taking new ideas and implementing them into plans, events etc
