Senior Contract Management Surveyor

Huntingdon – with travel across the region and other group locations

£34,074.00 per annum plus car allowance of £3,500.00 

Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week) 

 

Our client is a value-orientated Housing Association working together to create communities where people want to live. They manage circa 5,500 homes over a wide geographical area and their residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.

 

As part of the restructure of the Property Services Team, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Contract Management Surveyor.

 

You will work with the Asset Services Manager and Contract Delivery Manager to effectively procure and deliver the Association’s responsive, planned and cyclical maintenance contracts across the country. The role will have operational responsibility for ensuring that these services are delivered to customers to an exceptionally high standard, whilst delivering value for money.

 

Working effectively and collaboratively with their contractor partners and their own Housing Management Team will be a key part of this new role, requiring strong contract management skills and commercial acumen.

 

You will effectively manage your workload to ensure all programmes of work are delivered on-time, on-budget and in compliance with the appropriate policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
