Job Title: Operations Manager of Corporate Services Department

Job Description

  • Oversee and managing business procedure with all major Japanese corporate clients in London.  Coordinates the Corporate Services’ services and resources, liaising with other senior staff; Creating improvement strategies and implementation of activity enhancement planning for Corporate Services Department for Japanese corporate clients by creating new business structure with new IT system using programming language. Analyses internal processes and systems, recommends and implements procedural and policy changes. Managing junior staff members of Corporate Services department including development of plans, sets objectives and monitors and evaluates performance such as activity monitoring, consulting for improvement, result monitoring etc. Daily business and account management for Japanese corporate clients Ensuring all legal documentations accurately in timely manner and discuss and negotiate with Japanese corporate clients for legal contract management. Control and managing the daily schedule and planning of Corporate Services Department activities to maximise the revenue by efficient activity management.

Skills and Qualifications Required for the position

  • Relevant  experience in Business management with corporate clients Native level of Japanese Business language and communication skill (both verbal and written) an advantage A graduate , relevant proven business experience in business operation management Highly knowledgeable of IT skill (Utilising PC and all major applications, speed typing, using Smart Phone, creating and sending report by Cloud system, using Business chat system, e-signature system, good knowledge of programme writing for establishing new IT system)

Location: Hammersmith

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
