Selective Recruitment are looking for a highly regarded experienced Operations and HR Manager for one of our long standing clients based in Witney . You will be accountable for managing the operations group and taking company wide responsibility for HR as a whole. This role has a huge range of variation and will suit an individual keen on having a diverse set of responsibilities.

Job role: Operations/HR Manager

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum

Your Primary Duties;

Operations

Acting as line manager for the Customer Service, IT and Accounts departments
Dealing with legal & compliance issues including negotiating and reviewing contracts for suppliers, customers, events and disputes.
Act as legal representative for signing company contracts.
Building and Tenant - Overseeing building and site maintenance issues along with tenant contract negotiations.
ISO 9001 - Overseeing the company's ISO9001 compliance.
Management of annual insurance renewals.Human Resources

Recruitment - Dealing and negotiating with agencies as well as dealing with direct recruitment.
Payroll processing - calculation, submission and reconciliation of monthly payroll.
Employment Contracts - reviewing and issuing contracts to new starters.
Management of new starter inductions and performing exit interviews.
Management of immigration Visa submissions.
Management of employment disputes and processes.
Management of HR databases.Accounting

Reviewing and reporting of financial reports.
Analysis of accounts with company Management Accountant.
Presenting accounts and financial reports to the senior management team.

This role forms part of the senior management team within the business and the ideal candidate with have proven experience within Operations, HR and Accounting Management.
