Operations Manager - Microsoft Partner

Operations Manager required for a leading Microsoft Partner in the South West. This is a brand new and hybrid role where you will be managing the Support, Managed Services and the Product teams for Office 365, Azure and SharePoint.

THE ROLE:

This is genuinely a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who is both customer centric and credible with leading technology and support teams. You will be overseeing three practice areas: Managed Services, Support and the Product team. All technology remits will be Microsoft, predominantly Office 365, SharePoint and Azure. You will be surrounded by technical experts in Microsoft collaboration products and industry thought-leaders in the Microsoft space.

EXPERIENCE:

For this Operations Manager role, you must have:
- a consulting or professional services background,

- strong leadership and management experience,

- solid Microsoft business collaborations technology awareness,

- ideally ITIL experience,

As this role is a blended position, this role would suit either a current:

Head of Managed Services

Head of Service Operations

Product Manager, or

Head of Operations.

SALARY:

£60 - 80k basic + Bonus + excellent Benefits
